The offer

Copper Creek Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

Zero percent, forever

The founding fifty pay no platform fee on any rental, for as long as they own points. The standard owner fee is 4 percent, taken out of the payout.

You set the rate

Post your own dates at anywhere from $12 to $45 a point. We never price your points for you, and there is no per-point commission on either side. Points about to expire? Post your price and let a request find them before the calendar does.

Verified renters only

Every renter passes Stripe Identity, the same verification system Shopify, DoorDash, and Lyft use, before they can book, so there is no chargeback risk sitting on you.

Your contract, read by hand

Michael reads every deed himself, within 24 to 48 hours. Your listings and offers carry the founding owner mark from the day you clear.

No contract can be more than 60 percent rented per use year. That is our own platform rule, not a Disney rule, and it is not a safe harbor against Disney enforcement.

Getting approved

Disney's Riviera Resort

Verify who you are

Photograph your licence or passport and take a short video selfie. Stripe confirms the two match, usually in about two minutes. We never see the document, only the yes or no that comes back.

Upload your contract

Michael checks three things by hand: that your name is on the recorded deed, that the resort and home contract match what Disney has on file, and that the points you want to rent are available.

Answer real requests

Open requests are visible the moment they post. Pick one you can cover, send your rate, and see exactly what you net before the renter decides.

Michael Starlane

I will not list a stay I cannot verify. Your renter is paying for a Disney confirmation in their name, so I need to know you own the points. That is what stops the worst failure in Facebook group rentals.

Payouts

Your full share moves into your balance once we verify the reservation, and reaches your bank 24 hours after check-in.

Disney's Beach Club Villas

Your share moves when we verify

Once we verify the Disney confirmation is in your guest’s name and their 24-hour grace period has ended, we charge the renter and your full share moves into your Stripe balance in one transfer. You can see it sitting there long before your guest packs.

Paid to your bank after check-in

Your share is paid out 24 hours after check-in, one booking at a time, as long as no dispute or claim is open. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.

Held on rails, both ways

Until your renter’s cancellation window closes, part of that share can still go back to them, and your rental page shows exactly how much and until when. Brokers who pay faster do it by never giving the guest a cash refund.

Questions

What does it cost me?

Nothing, as one of the founding fifty. The standard owner fee is 4 percent taken out of the payout, and there is no per-point commission, no listing fee, and no charge to verify.

Who decides the rate?

You do, anywhere from $12 to $45 a point. Renters post a trip with the most they will pay, so you can see the budget before you make an offer.

How long does approval take?

Identity verification takes about two minutes. Michael reads the contract himself, within 24 to 48 hours while the founding fifty come on.

When do I get paid?

Your full share moves into your Stripe balance once we verify the Disney confirmation is in your guest’s name and their 24-hour grace period ends. It is paid out to your bank 24 hours after check-in, as long as no dispute or claim is open.

What if my renter cancels?

You keep their forfeited share under the refund schedule they signed: nothing inside their first 24 hours, at least half after that, and everything inside two weeks of check-in. Your points come back to you either way, and your listing reactivates automatically.

What if I need to cancel?

Talk to us first, before touching anything at Disney. Most problems have a fix that costs you nothing, and nothing is charged while we work on it. If a booking does have to cancel on your side after your renter is charged, your guest is refunded in full, your share comes back out of your balance, and a cancellation fee applies (10 percent of the rental more than 30 days out, 25 percent from 30 to 14 days, 50 percent inside 14 days or after check-in, never under $50 or over $1,000). We take it out of a future payout, never off your card, and we waive it for things outside your control. Three owner cancellations in 12 months pause your listings while we review the account.

How much of my contract can I rent?

Up to 60 percent per use year, checked at listing and again at booking. It is our own platform rule, not a Disney rule, and it is not a safe harbor against Disney enforcement.

What holds my founding spot?

Signing up holds it. To keep it, upload your first DVC contract within 60 days. No card on file, no automatic charge, and no exclusivity.
