We use Stripe Identity, the same verification system Shopify, DoorDash, and Lyft use, to verify a government ID for every user. Every DVC contract is read by hand and confirmed before points can be listed here.
Your card is charged only after the owner’s Disney reservation is verified and your 24-hour grace period has ended. The owner is paid 24 hours after check-in. The Disney confirmation number you receive is issued in your name and verifiable in the My Disney Experience app.
If the owner fails to deliver, you get a full cash refund.

What are sleep around points?
Sleep around points are Disney Vacation Club® points bought at an inexpensive home resort so the owner can book across the whole DVC network once the seven-month window opens (subject to availability, and resale points at some resorts are restricted). The idea is simple: buy where points are cheap, then stay wherever you want.
The phrase comes from a DVC community tradition, sleeping around the resorts instead of always staying home. Sleep Around Points is the peer-to-peer marketplace named after it, where owners rent out exactly these points.
11-month window
Home resort only
Owners book their own resort up to eleven months out, with first pick of dates and room types.
7-month window
Any DVC resort
At seven months every member can book anywhere in the network, subject to availability, and resale points at some resorts are restricted. This is where sleep around points pay off.
