Disney Vacation Club (DVC) owners purchase vacation points that let them stay at deluxe Disney resorts. When owners have unused points, they can rent them to others — giving renters luxury Disney stays at up to 50% off the regular room rate. Sleep Around Points connects verified owners with renters in a secure marketplace.
Your payment is processed and held by Stripe, our payment processor, until 24 hours after your check-in date. If the owner doesn't confirm your reservation or anything goes wrong before check-in, you receive a full refund. This Booking Protection is included on every reservation at no extra cost.
Sleep Around Points has the lowest fees in the DVC rental industry — significantly less than what traditional brokers charge. A small fee is split between renters and owners, meaning renters pay less and owners earn more compared to any other platform. We'll share exact pricing details closer to launch.
Every owner on our platform goes through identity verification via Stripe and must provide proof of their DVC contract before they can list points. Our team reviews each contract to ensure it's legitimate. This means you can book with confidence knowing every listing is backed by a real, verified DVC membership.
Once you book, the owner has 24 hours to confirm and make the Disney reservation in your name. They then upload proof of the reservation. You'll receive a Disney confirmation number and can check in just like any other guest. The owner receives their payout 24 hours after check-in.
