He grew up here, before there was much DVC to grow up around.
Michael grew up in Windermere, close enough to Disney World that the fireworks were just part of the evening. He’s been walking through the turnstiles since the 1980s.
In 2001 he moved to Celebration and later studied at UCF, then spent years working in Silicon Valley, Manhattan, Boston, and Cambridge, where he built a company to $5 million a year in revenue and sold it. Eventually he came home. He lives in Celebration again and gets to the parks a few times a week.
